How To Fix Arma 3 Fps

I am facing some big stuttering issues and huge FPS drops while playing ArmA three!
I have tried to fix this by reducing the video settings even to the lowest ,but that haven't helped and so far!
I have unparked the cores of my CPU;set up the tbmalloc retentiveness allocator, my GPU is overclocked ...
By the way my Lenovo Y700-15ISK laptop's specs are :
i7-6700HQ CPU
Nvidia GTX 960 Thou 4 GB GDDR5 GPU
16 GB of DDR4 RAM
Delight aid me to fix the stuttering issues and FPS drops !!!

As information technology shows me, i have tried some ways, peradventure yous tin can endeavour them as well.
1.Customize Gaming Ability Operation
2. Turn on Vsync in nvidia control panel
3. Disable Fullscreen Optimizations
four. Disable Gaming Options
5. Set High Priority for your game.exe

Besides Arma three is notoriously not optimized and takes alot of CPU power.

About the thermals,while I play ArmA 3, the temps of the both GPU and CPU don't go over 62 degrees Celsius;they are aproximatelly always in a range of 54-55 degrees Celsius!
I usually don't accept problems while playing games!
I am not sure just I think that a few months ago I configured the video settings then skillful,that I didn't have this issues!
